Saw something weirded me out, a guy standing in front of the mirror pointing a hair dryer at his "groinal" area. I didnt see anything I was on my way to the shower when I questioned why a bald person would need a hair dryer, and then realised it wasn't directed at his head.

Todays workout - took it light on my arms today to just stretch the muscles; Bike - 17 min Chest Press - 3x15 10KG Leg Press - 3x15 40KG Vertical Traction - 3x15 20KG Cross Trainer - Intense 5 min burst Bike - 5 min

20th April 2012 - Postponed

It seems I may have pushed my arms too hard too soon. I have been in real pain just above my elbows for a couple of days, which has really hampered my energy. So decided to rest till monday to let it heal up, before i go back for day 2.

Finally took the plunge, joined a gym right next to my office.
