Todays workout - took it light on my arms today to just stretch the muscles; Bike - 17 min Chest Press - 3x15 10KG Leg Press - 3x15 40KG Vertical Traction - 3x15 20KG Cross Trainer - Intense 5 min burst Bike - 5 min

It seems I may have pushed my arms too hard too soon. I have been in real pain just above my elbows for a couple of days, which has really hampered my energy. So decided to rest till monday to let it heal up, before i go back for day 2.
